
RDPHCA collects Annual Assessments (Dues) so the Association can fulfill the mandates of our governing documents and applicable State Codes.
Prior to the start of our Fiscal Year the Annual Assessment Notice is mailed to all Members. The Annual Assessment is due the first day of the Fiscal Year (January 1) and is considered delinquent after January 15. Interest on delinquent accounts will accrue at the rate of 10% per annum.
