ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT FORM
RDPHCA’s new website allows the Board to post important information in a timely manner; Members will then be notified of any updates via email. But the website offers something of equal importance: a way to quickly communicate with the Board of Directors or the ARC (Architectural Committee). You simply click on a link, fill out the form that pops up and hit Send. The form is then routed to the appropriate Board Member(s).
Unfortunately California electronic privacy laws prevent us from communicating with you electronically unless we have a signed Electronic Communications Consent Form on file. So we urge you to please fill out the form and return it to us ASAP! (You may revoke your consent at any time.) And please be assured that your information will NOT be disclosed to any unauthorized party.
(While text message notifications aren’t available at this time, the Board wants to be proactive in asking for cell numbers should this feature be offered in the future. This is optional.)
